Overview

This is a command-line option for the mariadbd & mysqld commands (arg: Required).

In 11.4 ES:

Chance that we have to do a disk read to find a row or index entry from the engine cache (cache_misses/total_cache_requests). 0.0 means that everything is cached and 1.0 means that nothing is expected to be in the engine cache.
