Products and Services
MariaDB Subscription Agreement applies to a Customer purchasing MariaDB Products and Services from MariaDB. When the Customer purchases from a MariaDB Partner, this agreement applies to the Customer’s use of MariaDB Products and Services, and means the End User License Agreement (EULA), ref. Section 9.14 of MariaDB Subscription Agreement.
